Hotel Mattress Launch New Range of Metal Bed Frames

But an increase in customer enquiries for metal bed frames – driven by both minimalist and traditional interior design trends – lead us to reschedule our review and bring forward the metal bed frame category launch. We felt that we could not only offer our customers competitive prices, but also give them the chance to make their purchase before Christmas when extra bedspace is always in demand, and before the VAT increase.”
Hotel Mattress metal bed frames are available in all standard sizes – 3ft (single), 4ft (three quarter size) 4ft6 (double), 5ft (king) and 6ft (superking) – as well as a wide-ranging selection of colours, including black, glossy white, glossy pink, silver, black nickel, satin nickel, antique brass, antique nickel, ivory frost and many more. Although the new range includes a number of classically designed metal bed frames, Mr Welch has stated that “the sheer number of styles and colours means that new collection could also perfectly cater for contemporary interior styling too.”
Mr Welch also believes that much of the appeal of metal bed frames is due to their versatility and functional benefits. For instance, in accommodation where hallways and stairwells are narrow or winding, metal bed frames have proven much easier than bulkier divan bases to place in situ. From a maintenance point of view, metal bed frames are popular as they are not only robust and scuff resistant, but are also kept clean with minimum effort. In smaller occupancies where space is at a premium, metal bed frames provides an extra storage space beneath the slatted base.
