The third brake light over the bed of the truck is giving me issues. There are dead bugs piled up between were the bulb sits and the outer covering and i need help on how to get the inner “frame” if you will off so i can get those little bastards out.

Factory Service manual is the best. Very hard to find online but can be bought at the dealer (not overly cheap!). You can also get a Haynes or Chilton repair manual and I’m certain it’ll explain it in there.
It looks like there are two screws holding the cover in. If all else fails, the only access might be through the back of the cab interior, where you’ll have to pull down the headliner (which would be a pain and bad on Fords part for making the bulbs hard to access). Once you do get it off, get a small tube of silicone sealant (it’ll wear off after 5-6 years) and place it around the light on the paint (clean the surface area first). If you need to change a bulb, just pull the adhesive off and replace after. Good luck!
